Browsing and interactive examples

The examples use fictional records. Their selections and example history are held in the current page’s memory. The website’s application code does not send those selections to an ELQAVREN database or save them in browser storage.

The current application code does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics, and does not set its own tracking cookies. Website hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser details, and request time, to serve and protect the website. Provider processing is separate from the example controls.

Inquiry drafts and email

Inquiry forms prepare a message in your browser. The website’s application code does not submit your form entries to an ELQAVREN server or automatically send email.

If you choose “Open email to send,” the draft is passed to the email application you select. Copying uses your clipboard; downloading saves a text file on your device. Those actions can leave copies outside this website.

When you send an email to ELQAVREN, the message, your address, and anything you include reach the business inbox. That inbox currently uses Gmail. Correspondence is used to respond, assess a potential collaboration or evaluation, and maintain relevant business records. It is retained while needed for those purposes; email providers and backups may retain additional copies under their own policies.

Fourthwall merchandise

The homepage loads public product information and product images from Fourthwall and its content services. This makes requests from your browser to those services, which can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

Choosing product options or proceeding to checkout takes you to the ELQAVREN Fourthwall shop. Fourthwall and its payment and fulfillment services handle the information needed for shopping and orders under the policies displayed there. The introduction website does not collect payment-card details. ELQAVREN may receive order information through Fourthwall’s merchant tools for order administration.

Email the contact address above to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent to ELQAVREN. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained for an ongoing matter or applicable obligation. Questions about Fourthwall checkout data should also be directed through Fourthwall’s support and privacy channels.
